I'm at a friend's house, and the hallway door closed all of its own.

"It's the wind that does that," my friend says, but I don't believe it. What is this so-called wind? Some invisible force that moves things around? What causes it? What kind of sense does that mean?

And don't give me some nonsense about air pressure.

I believe what I can see. There must be a perfectly reasonable robot-related explanation to this.
