I've decided finally to take the leap, and go from anaerobic to aerobic. Some part of me still says it's too fragile and environment-dependent, but I keep hearing about fast metabolism rates and improved performance, and I'm worried I'm getting left behind.

So, I wanted to ask advice of all of you aerobic life forms out there: How'd you get started? Where can I find good breathing lessons? What do you do when oxygen runs out? Is there really a lot less lactic acid byproduct, or is that just more hype? And what's with this Krebs cycle thing? Do I need one?

Thanks!
