All the young dudes carry the news

I went to the discotheque last night. It was 70s night, and I danced the night away. On the ride home I ran out of gas, so I pulled into the gas station. Gas was eighty cents a gallon, but that was a huge amount because it was 70s night. It was all because of the oil crisis.

The dance floor had a lot of energy, but now I don't know if it was dance energy, fossil fuels or temporal flux.
