Just noticed something

In the past five years the number of gadgets by my bedside has increased a bit, and so every time I sleep, there are about five different tiny electronic lights near my bed. Some from the same device, some don't always shine, so it's a variable number.

I counted in the middle of the night and there were seventeen. I woke up a little more, and in the silence of the early, late morning of the night, I heard some of them whispering to each other.

"Skedaddle, boys, he's awake."

Then some of the lights crawled along the walls off to a corner and disappeared, and I was left with just my own bedside gadgets. I think the other lights just like to visit, you know?
