When I Was Two Percent
Dec. 21st, 2006 02:32 pmI didn't expect to walk into a store that sold nothing but milk, even though the sign in front says "Store That Sells Nothing But Milk."
Rows upon rows of bright white bottles.
"We label them differently for variety," said a clerk, "but they're actually all 2% milk."
The sight of it was so dramatic that I set up an easel and began painting one of the long milk-filled aisles.
Within three hours, I turned into a bottle of milk too, and they sold me.
