Ninety-One Fiery Faces of Science
Aug. 4th, 2005 02:10 pmSo, a dispute with another driver on the freeway, over the benefits and drawbacks of spider wrestling, turned into a car accident. My car got hurt pretty badly. I'm okay. Thanks.
That's not the news. That happens all the time.
I was talking to a coworker about it, and he insisted that I should not, under any circumstances, take my car to a body shop or mechanic.
"They use harsh, expensive, mechanical methods that solve specific systems without boosting the health of the car as a whole," he said, "You should really consider herbal remedies instead. It also assists the car's longevity, and helps tap into your car's natural healing mechanisms."
I feel ridiculous mixing tea tree oil and borage extract with my gasoline, but I'm surprised at how well it seems to be working.
I draw the line at automotive accupuncture, though. It just leaves little holes in the upholstery.
